I have been a chef in diverse kitchens across the nation for over 40 years. Alcohol abuse and mental health challenges have made me homeless multiple times. Sober for over 16 years now, I am dedicating my retirement years to helping other homeless people by creating the “Chef Chris” food brand and donating 70% of the proceeds to Many Helping Hands Ministry and to the reconstruction of the Irving Bear Creek Community Church, which was affected by a fire in 2017.
